Order direct from Orca

To order books directly from Orca, simply browse our website and add books to your shopping cart.  Once you are ready to make your purchase go to the secure check out section of your shopping cart. You will be prompted for a username and password. If you do not already have a web account with us you will need to sign up for one. Once a web account is created you can proceed to the payment area. If you already have an existing customer account with Orca order and are using a purchase order number please enter the number when asked for payment information.

Schools, libraries and retail stores can qualify for a volume discount. This discount does not apply to individual orders. If you represent a school, library or retail store, please enter the appropriate discount codes when you begin placing an order:

• US School or Library discount code: USSchool (If order is over $150, school shipping is free. Use code: USSchool,FreeShip)
• Retail customers: If you are a retail customer who receives a discount, please contact us at 1.800.210.5277 to receive your discount code.

If you need to mail or fax the order through your board or head office, the shopping cart can function as an order typing service. Fill out order infomation and quantities, and instead of submitting the form, print the order page and forward it to the appropriate person in your organization. Orca can also type an order for you and provide a pro forma invoice. Please call customer service for more details.

We take the privacy of all your personal data, including credit card data, very seriously. All pages past the Shopping Cart page are secure pages, indicated by addresses beginning with "https". In addition, a small padlock should appear in the corner of your browser when viewing any HTTPS page on the site.
